Overview
My research group explores the societal use and transformation of natural resources and how these interactions shape environmental sustainability. We combine quantitative modelling, environmental systems analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches to better understand the links between resource use, ecosystem functioning, and sustainable development.
General themes
- Environmental sustainability of biotic resources
- Environmental sustainability of abiotic resources
- Societal impacts on Earth system and the environment
